Our U3a follows the ethos of being a self help collaborative learning organisation, where members are asked to take up an active role in groups to enjoy learning together, and the admin involved in running a group can easily be shared between 2 or more people.

The following is a list of such groups who are in danger of closing  should someone not step forward soon.  If you can help please contact the Group Liaison Officer for discussion on what’s involved, and you will receive support in getting started.

At present we have no notifications of groups needing a new GC. However, if you have an idea for a new group on a topic we don’t yet cover, please get in touch with Group Liaison by email as above.
