About the group
For all railway enthusiasts, exploring railways from inception to modern day.
For indoor meetings the group meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the Ground Floor Meeting Room of the library 1.30 – 3.30 pm. Otherwise, if we have trips to galas and special events, we change the day and times accordingly.
We have talks, show DVDs with informal discussions, share books and magazines plus days out to preserved railways for galas and other interesting events.
