About the group

This group has a membership of about 25 people and meets on the first Monday of the month. During the last few years we have been looking at the development of the house and this year we will be concentrating on the second half of the C18th. Our first visit will be to Kenwood House in November and over the following months we will visit a selection of houses, including Althorpe and Sezincourt. We will also visit Oundle and Bath, which fit in well with the period . These trips mainly take place from March to September and during the winter months we meet at Buckingham Golf clubhouse to hear speakers, which this year include two C18th personalities.
