What we need now is some people to help co-ordinate the trip from the boarding point onwards, making sure all are present and accounted for, assist at the destination, and help with boarding for the return journey.
Without you it will be difficult to go ahead because we do need to comply with the Insurance requirements!

Calling Audio Visual enthusiasts – our tech support Steve would like to find a few people to act as backup for Open Meetings. On some occasions he is not available to set up the audio and projector facilities, and would like to have a backup for those times.
