About the group
Do you want to be less anxious or have a little more calmness in your life?
Come and join our friendly group to learn ways of overcoming anxieties and
discovering ways to still the body and calm the mind.
It is said to have considerable health benefits too.
We will gradually explore some of the different ways of meditating and
take a brief look at ideas of the ancient sages.
At the moment there are 5 of us but a few more members would be welcome, held at Jenny’s home.
